Your reps make the rounds.
The AI does everything else.
Rounds mines and grades every account in a territory, builds each rep's optimized route every morning, and writes every visit back to your CRM in seconds. No Monday planning day. No Friday admin day. Built for healthcare and proven in the field with Promise Pharmacy.
- Lead mining + enrichment included
- Two-way CRM sync
- No patient data, ever

Figures from the live Promise Pharmacy deployment, October 2026.
A field rep's week has two dead days. Rounds gives both of them back.
Monday goes to building the route list. Friday goes to CRM notes, follow-ups and expense reports. That is 40% of the week off the road before anyone drives anywhere. Rounds does the planning before the rep wakes up and the admin while the rep is still in the parking lot.
- Route built every morning from the rep's start point, capacity and priorities
- Visit, contact, note, meeting and follow-up task created in the CRM on save
- Mileage estimated from the locked route and exported to payroll as CSV
From a blank map to a synced CRM in four steps. Reps only see step four.
The data work that normally takes a sales ops team weeks runs as a pipeline. Every step is auditable, every number is a lever, and nothing lands in a rep's route that was not graded first.
Mine the territory
Every prescriber, clinic or account within a rep's radius, pulled from Google Maps, web crawls and B2B databases. Not a purchased list. The live market.
- 25-mile radius sweeps per rep
- Pennies per account, not dollars
Enrich and grade
Websites crawled for buying signals, decision-makers matched with verified email and mobile, chains and non-buyers filtered out, every account graded A to D on fit.
- 3,500+ clinic sites crawled for fit
- A-grade decision-makers enriched
Zone and route
Accounts cluster into micro-zones built around anchor accounts. Every morning each rep gets the day's stops in the shortest real-road driving loop, with ETAs.
- 200+ zones generated automatically
- 10+ stops a day, drive time included
Visit and sync
One-tap outcomes, who they met, next step, mileage. Each visit becomes a CRM contact, account, note, meeting and follow-up task in seconds. No Friday catch-up.
- Median 7-second CRM write-back
- Follow-ups carry the full context
In the Promise data, the clinics reps disqualified in person averaged 462 Google reviews. The ones that engaged averaged 209. Popularity is not fit. Rounds grades on buying signals, so A-grade accounts go first and D-grade accounts never make the route.
One hand, one thumb, zero training days.
Built mobile-first at 390 pixels with 48-pixel tap targets. Every screen answers one of three questions: where do I go, what do I say when I walk in, and what happened after I left.

Plan the day in three taps
Zone or custom filter, stops or hours, start from GPS, home or any address.

Territory as micro-zones
Each zone shows leads, anchors, drive time, priority and the last visit.

Shortest driving loop
Numbered stops on a live map with real road legs and a one-tap handoff to Maps.

Pre-visit brief
Rating, reviews, history and a plain-English brief before the rep walks in.

Log the visit in seconds
Rate the account, pick an outcome, capture who you met. The CRM updates itself.
What happened after the rep drove away, without chasing anyone for an answer.
Coverage, visits, conversations and follow-ups due, per rep and per territory, on a rolling seven days. Mileage is payroll-grade: odometer when logged, routed estimate when not, at the IRS rate, exported as CSV on the first of the month.
- Coverage by repVisited, anchor and not-yet-visited accounts on each rep's own territory bounds.
- Outcomes and leaderboardEngaged, blocked and disqualified outcomes by rep, with a weekly leaderboard.
- Mileage and reimbursementPer-rep days, miles and dollars with a payroll-ready export. No expense reports.
- Follow-ups dueEvery next step a rep promised, with the contact and context attached.

Shown: the same platform deployed for a personal-injury referral team. Rebranded, loaded with 224 real referral sources, and demo-ready in under a week.
Promise Pharmacy: five reps, five states, every visit in the CRM.
Promise Pharmacy's outside reps call on prescribing clinics across Arizona, Florida, New York, Oregon and North Carolina. Their route lists lived in spreadsheets, and a rep's first day in a new city started with a blank map. Rounds replaced the spreadsheet, then the planning day, then the admin day.
- Radius lead mining per rep
- A to D fit grading on 3,500+ sites
- Auto-generated zones + anchors
- Daily optimized routes with ETAs
- Pre-visit briefs
- One-tap visit logging
- Two-way Zoho CRM sync
- Inbound CRM-to-app lead intake
- Automated outreach cadences from visit outcomes
- Opt-out controls per clinic
- Leadership command center
- Payroll-grade mileage

One platform for every team with reps on the road.
The lead mining, grading and routing engine is vertical-agnostic. Swap the niche keywords, the fit rubric and the CRM fields, and the same app runs a device team, a liaison program or a national supply force.
- Compounding and specialty pharmacy
- Medical device and diagnostics
- Telehealth and clinic networks
- Personal-injury and referral liaisons
- Dental and aesthetic supply
- Home health and hospice
- Payers and benefits brokers
- Any team with reps on the road
Plugs into the CRM you already pay for.
Zoho CRM is live in production today with two-way sync and inbound intake. HubSpot, Salesforce and GoHighLevel use the same connector pattern. Routing runs on Google and Mapbox, enrichment on Apollo and Prospeo.
Enterprise controls, healthcare instincts.
No patient data, by design
Business records only. The visit form blocks anything that looks like patient detail before it can be saved.
Row-level security
Reps see only their own territory. Managers and executives see everything. Enforced in the database, not the app.
Your CRM stays the system of record
The app owns the visit until it syncs. The CRM wins on account data. No second source of truth.
Offline-tolerant PWA
Today's zone, addresses, phones and briefs are cached. Visit logs queue and sync when signal returns.
Live in 30 days. Reps in the field in three weeks.
Scoped per territory, priced per rep. We do the data work, the build and the CRM wiring. Your team approves the list and shows up Monday with a route.
Mine and grade the territory
Radius pulls per rep, enrichment, fit grades, zone generation. You approve the list before anything is loaded.
Brand and load the app
Your colors, your reps, your CRM fields. One token file, so a rebrand is a one-day edit.
Reps go live
Magic-link logins, locked daily plans, mileage. Reps are in the field on day one with a full route.
CRM sync and command center
Two-way sync verified visit by visit. Leadership gets coverage, outcomes and payroll-grade mileage.

What is Rounds?+
Rounds is an AI field sales platform. It mines and grades every account in a territory, builds each rep's optimized route every morning, and writes every visit back to your CRM in seconds, so reps spend zero days planning and zero days on admin.
Is this a CRM?+
No. Your CRM stays the system of record. Rounds is the field layer on top of it: lead data, zones, routing, visit capture and two-way sync. It is in production today against Zoho CRM and uses the same connector pattern for HubSpot, Salesforce and GoHighLevel.
Where does the lead data come from?+
From the live market, not a purchased list. Google Maps and web data for every account in a radius, website crawls for buying signals, and B2B databases for verified decision-maker email and mobile. Every account is graded A to D before a rep ever sees it.
How fast can a new rep or territory go live?+
A new territory with hundreds of graded accounts and dozens of zones has been stood up in 24 hours. A full pilot with CRM sync and a leadership dashboard runs in 30 days.
Does it handle patient data or PHI?+
No, by design. Rounds only stores business records. The visit form screens notes on save and blocks anything that looks like patient detail, which keeps the platform outside PHI scope.
Is it only for healthcare?+
It was built in healthcare for pharmacy reps calling on clinics, and the same platform has been deployed for personal-injury referral liaisons. Any team with reps who call on local accounts can use it.
