Justin Healthcare AI is a healthcare AI consulting practice operated by Justin Ingram and based in Orange County, California. This website (justinhealthcareai.com) is a publishing and intake site. We are not a medical provider, clinic, covered entity, or software vendor hosting patient records.

What this policy covers
This policy describes information we collect when you visit the site, submit a form, book an assessment, or subscribe to the newsletter. It does not cover tools we recommend for a client’s own practice. Those vendors have their own policies and, where PHI is involved, their own Business Associate Agreements with the practice.
Information we collect
Contact and assessment forms: name, email, phone, practice name, and whatever you choose to write. Do not send protected health information (PHI) or patient charts through these forms.
Newsletter: email address, processed by Beehiiv. Unsubscribe anytime from the footer of any issue.
Analytics: Google Analytics (G-2XSFBT229X) may collect device, approximate location, and page-view data. This is not used to identify patients.
Visitor engagement: Knock Knock App may identify business visitors (for example company and location from public sources) and offer on-site chat. Do not send PHI or patient details through that widget.
Calendar and documents: if you book a call, the calendar and any intake doc you complete are processed by those vendors under their terms.
How we use it
To reply to inquiries, run the AI readiness assessment, deliver the newsletter, and improve the site. We do not sell personal information. We do not use website form data to train public AI models.
Sharing
We share information with processors that run this site and intake: hosting (Vercel), email/newsletter (Beehiiv), analytics (Google), visitor engagement (Knock Knock App), and calendar/docs if you book. We may disclose information if required by law.
Related-but-distinct: ModFX Media is a separate business. This policy does not cover ModFX properties.
Retention and your rights
We keep inquiry records as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, as long as the engagement and ordinary business records require. California residents may request access or deletion of personal information we hold by emailing justin@justinhealthcareai.com. Newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe without emailing us.
Children
This site is for practice owners and operators. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
