Terms of Use

Last updated: September 1, 2026. Also see Privacy and Security.

The site and the practice

These terms apply to justinhealthcareai.com and to consulting conversations that start here. Justin Healthcare AI is a consulting practice led by Justin Ingram. It is not a clinic, not a medical provider, and not a SaaS product with a public uptime SLA.

No medical advice

Content on this site — including HIPAA, tools, and workflow guides — is educational and operational. It is not medical, legal, or compliance advice for your specific facts. You remain responsible for clinical decisions, HIPAA risk analysis, and counsel you retain.

Do not send PHI through this site

Forms, chat, email to justin@justinhealthcareai.com, and newsletter signup are not a designated record set. Do not paste patient names, charts, or other protected health information. If we later work under a written agreement that requires a BAA with a vendor, that agreement — not this website — governs PHI.

Consulting engagements

Paid work is scoped in a separate statement of work or proposal. Website copy about 90-day installs, assessments, or agents describes a method, not a guarantee of hours recovered, revenue, or rankings. Published fees, if any, apply only as stated on the page where they appear.

Intellectual property

Site text, layout, and marks belong to Justin Healthcare AI unless labeled otherwise. You may link to public pages. You may not copy substantial articles or reuse them as your own.

Third-party tools

Mentions of ChatGPT, scribes, CRMs, or other vendors are evaluations, not endorsements or warranties. BAA eligibility and pricing change. Confirm current terms with the vendor before any PHI is entered.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Justin Healthcare AI and Justin Ingram are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or from reliance on public articles. The site is provided as-is.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes is Orange County, California, unless a written engagement says otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The date below is the last revision.
