Seven years inside the clinic. Now I fix it with AI.
I opened my first clinic in 2017. A few years later I'd bought into a franchise. I learned what every clinic owner learns the hard way: the work that grinds you down isn't the medicine, it's the operations.
The midnight charting. The unreturned messages. The no-shows nobody had time to chase. The revenue you could feel bleeding out but couldn't stop. I tried every SaaS tool, hired every agency, and fired most of them.
